Unlike some virtual real estate companies, OwnerLand provides their agents with comprehensive management support. 

Agents have access to all branch managers, the corporate manager/staff and even the broker. They are available to provide the support OLR agents need to get move through the sales process smoothly and efficiently.

OwnerLand offers periodic training to new and existing agents. 

Training includes Dotloop, TransactionDesk, Back Office, and Marketing. 

Agents can also contact their manager or the corporate office for one-on-one training either in person or remotely.

While OwnerLand agents are empowered to work independently, admin support is available on a pay as needed basis.

Transaction Coordinating Services are also available on a pay as needed basis.

Agent Connect includes monthly email updates and networking events to help agents grow their business.

OwnerLand has partnered with Yonas & Phillabaum (aka American Homeland Title). OwnerLand agents are provided with a legal hotline to answer any legal questions OLR agents may have to make sure they are following the right path in a legal situation.
