The more productive an agent, the better it gets. In a calendar year (Jan-Dec), the closing fee reduces when closing more than 12 transactions.

BROKER PROCESSING FEE
A Broker Processing Fee of $200 is due on all buyer transactions paid by buyer(s). This fee does not apply to listing transactions.
