The OLR Back Office is the first place to start for everything OwnerLand. 

From training to agent communication to OLR pollicies to marketing templates, it's all there. If you were unaware, there is an app that makes it easy to keep the Back Office at your fingertips.  Need more training, let us know.

Ginni handles everything outside of real estate. 

This includes, but not limited to, OLR procedures and guidelines, marketing compliance, agent marketing systems, business development, agent services, office management, etc.

Meghan controls the look and feel of OwnerLand. She keeps the brand consistent with Division compliance. 

She is the point of contact for all agent marketing, including but not limited to, print (business cards, yard signs, agent brands) and digital needs. She also manages the Back Office.

Autumn keeps the corporate office running. 

She handles conference room scheduling, OLR Marketing Stock supplies, corporate office management, etc.
